Telectran Returns Policy & Instructions When requesting warranty service, Telectran asks that you provide us with the following information to assist us in assessing your claim as quickly as possible. Once the form has been completed please call us on 1300 662 644 to obtain a RMA number. Please write this in the top right field. Sign the RMA and be sure to include it (along with a copy of your proof of purchase) with the goods you are returning. If you don’t supply a valid RMA when returning goods it may result in delays.
